To ensure flawless execution for every project, owner Julie Laux oversees every detail from start to finish. Our Chicago showroom had the pleasure of working with J. Swathed in neutral tones, this modern kitchen embraces the powerful impact of craftsmanship. A trio of Agnes Pendants in a Plaster White finish by AERIN enhances the kitchen's minimal design. The contrasting Gild interior of the bell-shaped silhouette brilliantly complements the brass hardware throughout the kitchen. A pair of Selfoss Sconces by AERIN were selected - in the same finish as the pendants - to create a feeling of balanced harmony.
The kitchen's open floor plan allows for a light-filled breakfast nook, creating a cozy destination for friends and family to gather. Radiating with organic style, the Strada Medium Oval Chandelier by Kelly Wearstler evokes modern sophistication above the custom built-in banquette. The chandelier's Gild quills orchestrate delicate warmth in this crisp, cool nook.
Floor-to-ceiling doors and windows, a painted v-groove ceiling and herringbone floors showcase J. Jordan Homes' exquisite attention to architectural details. The Markos Large Hanging Shade by Alexa Hampton in Natural Brass hangs from above to create a grand entrance.
Rich, dark wood offers sharp contrast in this traditional bathroom. The Polished Nickel finish of the Calliope Tall Bath Light by Thomas O'Brien and the Montgomery Small Globe Pendant by Ralph Lauren injects luxurious elegance.
This modern master bathroom is lit by a pair of Darlana Small Lanterns by E.F. Chapman. The warm finish of the open-frame lanterns provides a counterpoint to the monochromatic sanctuary.
