Visual Comfort & Co. is proud to offer free standard ground shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States! Items shipped via standard ground typically arrive within 3-5 business days of the shipment date.
Item Availability
Please be sure to note the availability status of all items on your order. In-stock items ship within 7 business days of order confirmation. Lead times for backordered and pre-ordered items vary and typically ship within 7 business days once back in stock.
Expedited Shipping
Need it faster? Choose one of the expedited shipping options at checkout. Please note: expedited orders placed after 11:00 a.m. EST will ship the following business day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or U.S. nationally observed holidays.
Post-Delivery Instructions
The recipient must open and inspect the contents of all boxes immediately upon arrival. Should you find any issues upon delivery, please contact us at 877.762.2323 for assistance. Any claims for damages must be reported within 5 business days to qualify for credits or adjustments. For the proper handling of any issues that may arise, please keep all boxes and packing materials until the product is confirmed to be in good working order.
For orders delivered by a freight carrier, items must be inspected on site and any defects must be noted on the bill of lading when signing off on delivery.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, rerouted, or redirected. Please do not refuse the delivery of any non-damaged shipment as this may result in additional restocking fees, return shipping fees and may void the eligibility of a refund.

Visual Comfort & Co. is not liable for damages that occur using Third Party shippers. For orders delivered by a freight carrier, items must be inspected on-site and any defects must be noted on the bill of lading when signing off on the delivery.

(Modern & Architectural Collection) Full freight allowed on orders over $2,500 net, shipped by Visual Comfort & Co.'s choice of ground or comparable method to a commercial location within the contiguous United States and Canada. Full freight allowed on orders over $3,500 net, shipped by Visual Comfort & Co.'s choice of ground or comparable method to a commercial location within Alaska and Hawaii. No freight allowed on Rush Orders shipped priority overnight. Where specific freight carrier is required by customer, additional charges may apply. Any delivery dates given by Visual Comfort & Co. are estimates. We are not liable for delayed deliveries by carrier. We allow 10 business days to report shipping damage or lost in transit. CLAIMS: Should damage occur in transit, do not refuse to accept the shipment, as this will cause unnecessary delays and added expense. Obtain the delivering carrier’s notation of damaged merchandise and file claim with us, the shipper within ten (10) days. On Freight shipments the distributor is responsible for notations on the freight bill to indicate a freight shortage and or damage.
