We are sorry your item did not work out. Please complete the form below to request return authorization. All returns must have prior authorization and meet return requirements. Any returns received without an issued return authorization number may be ineligible for refund.
- Received within 30 days from the date of delivery
- Packed in their original cartons complete with all parts and original packing materials
The following items are ineligible for return:
- Installed or modified
- Customized or made to order
- Shades, bulbs or accessories purchased individually
- Final Sale
- Last Call
- Open Box
- Not in original package including outside box and all packing material
Restocking Fees (Retail & Trade Customers)
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping. You will receive an email confirming the amount of your refund once the merchandise has safely reached our warehouse.
If you encounter a defect in your product, please complete the form below to request a replacement or return. Items arrived with shipping damage or lost in transit must be reported within 5 business days to qualify for credits or adjustments. Do not remove from original delivery address.
