Visual Comfort & Co. Team is committed to maintaining the standard Lead Times (LT) for our customers. This varies between 1, 3, or 5 business days.

Element: 3-day LT

May be extended to 3-5 days for order quantities over 500 items

Entra / Entra CL: 1-day LT

May be extended to 3 days for lower volume configurations such as Chicago Plenum Housing, Fire Rated, 277V and 220V conversions, and ENCL 8W Remodel

Essence: 5-day LT

May be extended to 5-7 days for large quantity orders and SKU configurations

Decorative: 1-day LT

May be extended to 5-7 days for configurable Decorative items

Notes

Lead times are based on the availability of all required components at the time of order.

In cases of significant component shortages, lead times may be slightly extended due to a backlog of work orders. These typically return to normal within a few days of receiving the components.

Orders with high quantities may require additional review to confirm accurate lead times.

If a quicker turnaround is needed, we are happy to review options based on current production capacity at the time of the request.
