VISUAL COMFORT RECHARGEABLE LAMPS SUMMER INSTAGRAM GIVEAWAY

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with Instagram. 

a) NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A purchase will not improve the chances of winning. Void where prohibited. 

b) SPONSOR: The sponsor of this Giveaway is Visual Comfort (“Sponsor”) 22400 Northwest Lake Drive, Houston, Texas 77095. 

c) ENTRY PERIOD: The Visual Comfort (“Giveaway”) begins at 8:00 a.m. EST on 7/22/2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on 8/4/2025 (“Entry Period”).  

d) ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open only to residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older on the date of entry and have an active Instagram account (“Entrant”). Employees of Sponsor, related companies, and their immediate family members will not be eligible. 

e) HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Giveaway during the Entry Period, a participant must complete the steps listed on the host’s Instagram post, which generally will include: 

  1. Like the Giveaway Reel 

  1. Follow @visualcomfort and the giveaway host on Instagram 

  1. Leave a comment in accordance to the giveaway host’s instructions 

  1. Tag 2 Instagram accounts in the comment.  Entrants will not be eligible to win multiple prizes.

f) WINNER SELECTION: Entries will be selected in a random drawing by giveaway host.  Winners will be notified individually via Instagram direct message. Sponsors will request an email address for each winner to contact with further instructions for redeeming the prize. No two (or more) Winners may share a single email address. Visual Comfort is not responsible for incomplete entries. Failure to respond in 48 hours to the direct message accepting the prize may result in the forfeiture of the prize. 

g) PRIZE: One (1) prize winner will receive a pair of eligible, in-stock Visual Comfort Rechargeable Outdoor Lamps. No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent for the prize is permitted, except by the Sponsor at its sole discretion.  All federal, state, local, and any other taxes are the responsibility of the Winner. Prize must be claimed and selected by September 30, 2025, or the offer will expire.  

h) ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries submitted for the giveaway.
