Visual Comfort x Amber Lewis Holiday Instagram Giveaway Official Rules

a) NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A purchase will not improve the chances of winning. Void where prohibited.
b) SPONSORS: The sponsors of this Giveaway are Visual Comfort (“Sponsor”) 22400 Northwest Lake Drive, Houston, Texas 77095, and Shoppe Amber Lewis (“Sponsor”) Warehouse location at 5111 Douglas Fir Road Calabasas, CA 91302.
c) ENTRY PERIOD: The Visual Comfort x Amber Lewis Giveaway (“Giveaway”) begins at 8:00 a.m. EST on 11/3/2023 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on 11/6/2023 (“Entry Period”).
d) ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open only to residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older on the date of entry and have an active Instagram account (“Entrant”). Employees of Sponsor, related companies, and their immediate family members will not be eligible.
e) HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Giveaway during the Entry Period, a participant must complete the following three (3) steps:
- Like the giveaway post on either @visualcomfort or the matching post on @shoppeamberinteriors.
- Tag the Instagram handle of two (2) fellow design lovers in a comment on the Giveaway post on either @visualcomfort or @shoppeamberinteriors only. Entrants will only be eligible to win one prize.
- Follow @visualcomfort, @shoppeamberinteriors, and @amberinteriors on Instagram.
f) WINNER SELECTION: On 11/7/2023, entries will be selected in a random drawing by Sponsors. The three (3) winners will be notified individually via Instagram direct message in a group message from Visual Comfort & Co. and Shoppe Amber Interiors. Sponsors will request an email address for each winner to contact with further instructions for redeeming the prize. No two Winners may share a single email address. Visual Comfort, Amber Lewis Interiors, and Shoppe Amber Interiors are not responsible for incomplete entries. Failure to promptly respond to the direct message asking the winner for the shipping address may result in the forfeiture of the prize.
g) PRIZE: Three (3) prize winners will each receive credit towards Visual Comfort lighting products from the Amber Lewis collection of up to $1,000, in stock and available on www.visualcomfort.com. The three (3) prize winners will each receive the Nagy Throw Blanket (1 per winner), Ceramic Round Mug (1 per winner), and Ember Candle (1 per winner). No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent for the prize is permitted, except by the Sponsor at its sole discretion. All federal, state, local, and any other taxes are the responsibility of the Winner(s). Credit must be used 5/1/2024, or the offer will expire.
h) ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries submitted for the giveaway.
