Return Policy

We are sorry your item did not work out. Please complete the form below to request a return authorization or call +44 (0)20 3925 0708. All returns must have prior authorization and meet return requirements. Any returns received without an issued return authorization number may be ineligible for refund.

Return Requirements

  • Received within 30 days from the date of delivery
  • Packed in their original cartons complete with all parts and original packing materials


The following items are ineligible for return:

  • Installed or modified
  • Customized or made to order
  • Shades, bulbs or accessories purchased individually
  • Final Sale
  • Last Call

Restocking Fees

Please notify your salesperson or local Visual Comfort & Co. showroom if you wish to return your item, within 14 days of receipt. All items being returned within the 14 day return policy are not subject to the restocking fee (unless they arrive in an unsellable condition). All items returned after the 14th day are subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping. You will receive an email confirming the amount of your refund less applicable restocking fees once the merchandise has safely reached our warehouse.

Defective Merchandise

If you encounter a defect in your product, please call your sales representative at +44 (0) 20 3925 0708 to request a replacement or return. Items arrived with shipping damage or lost in transit must be reported within 5 business days to qualify for credits or adjustments. Do not remove from original ship to address.

Duties and Taxes

All returns are subject to return tariffs, taxes and duties.

Returns from Outside of the UK

All returns from outside of the UK must be pre-approved by Visual Comfort. Purchaser is responsible for arranging the courier and covering related freight costs, including taxes and duties. For damaged items or warranty claims, return is at the discretion of Visual Comfort Europe.
