Inspired by St. Louis’s rich history, HED partnered with Northern Trust to design a refined workspace on the 6th floor of the Forsyth Pointe office tower, inspired by St. Louis’s rich history. Timeless materials such as rich walnut,  wood, warm brick , and classic marble combine with modern functionality to create a dynamic environment. Flexible spaces—including huddle rooms, a library , and a work café—foster collaboration and productivity while elevating the office’s aesthetic.

Visual Comfort & Co.: Lighting that defines the space

Lighting from Visual Comfort & Co. plays a pivotal role in shaping the ambiance and enhancing the design. Each fixture aligns with the space’s blend of history and modernity, contributing to its elegance and functionality. In the Wellness Room, the KLEE 20 Wall Sconce by Sean Lavin offers minimalist elegance inspired by the Bauhaus movement. Its soft glow creates an organic, soothing movement, transforming the space into a serene retreat.

The Reception Area is illuminated by the stunning Collier 108 Chandelier by Sean Lavin, where featuring interlocking Czech crystal strands that shimmer against natural brass, complementing the warmth of the wood ceiling for a luxurious first impression. The Library features the Belterra 30 Flushmount Chandelier by Sean Lavin, inspired by the graceful form of a lotus flower. This decorative fixture enhances the tranquil atmosphere, making the library a special place to relax or work.

In the Business Lounge the sleek Wit 5 Linear Suspension Chandelier by Sean Lavin combines glass and metal bands, delivering linear light with modern sophistication, while the Essence 45R Undercabinet Lighting in the Copy Print Area provides precise, functional illumination without compromising the refined aesthetic.
