Completed in 2022 by Parallel Design Group, the 22,000-square-foot space offers skyline views and a welcoming environment for employees returning to the office post pandemic. A spacious social hub with flexible furnishings and natural light fosters connection and productivity, while neutral flooring, warm wood tones and brass accents combine to create a timeless design that links the company’s legacy to its bright future.

Lighting plays a pivotal role in the office’s harmonious blend of tradition and modernity. In the main lobby, the Orbet 42 Chandelier by Sean Lavin serves as a striking centerpiece. Its updated take on the classic ring design features milk-glass orbs and metal spacers, emitting a soft glow and achieving a sense of sophistication. The chandelier complements the lobby’s sleek furniture and warm wood finishes, tying the space together in a way that feels both elegant and inviting.

In the elevator lobby, the Belterra 30 Flush Mount by Sean Lavin creates a memorable first impression. Inspired by the lotus flower, its petal-shaped light panels provide a graceful contrast to the clean lines of the space. The matte black finish harmonizes with wood-paneled walls and Arlington/Roe signage, creating a cohesive and polished aesthetic that instantly communicates professionalism and attention to detail.

The breakout space, designed for informal gatherings and quiet moments, features the EF Chapman Antique Brass Sconce. Mounted against paneled walls, these sconces bring warmth and charm to the area.
