The Metro Long bath bar light is sophisticated and modern in design due to its multi-layer White or White acrylic shade and rectilinear shape. The Metro Long is available in two on-trend hardware finishes, Chrome and Satin Nickel. The Metro bath bar can be mounted horizontally above a mirror or mounted vertically flanking a mirror as a wall sconce light. Two length options allow this bath light to be adapted to powder room lighting as well as master bathroom lighting. Both size fixtures are fully dimmable with your choice of integrated LED lamping to create the desired ambiance in your special space.
To evenly illuminate a bathroom mirror from either side, we recommend mounting your sconce(s) just above eye level, or about 60"- 65" from the floor to the center height of the sconce backplate.
Bath Sconce Tip #2
When installing above the mirror, the ideal linear bath light will measure at least 3/4 the width of the mirror but not extend over its edges. For larger mirrors, consider mounting a pair of evenly-spaced linear sconces.
